Are you aware of any signed or inscribed copies of this title? When I visited the Texas State archives years ago, they said CM flat signed three copies for them they picked up on the way to collecting his archived material. I was able to view one of these copies.
Hello Terrell. No, I am not aware of any signed or inscribed copy offered in the market. Additionally, when I was at the University of Texas to study the McCarthy’s papers, I didn’t find any signed copy of this title. I wonder where they have wound up. I’ll go deeper into this and will let you know.
