COLLECTING TOPICS: fine copies are rather easy to find, in a price range from $50 to $ 100. Genuine signed or inscribed copies are apparently very scarce. An inscribed first printing was offered at $3,500 a few years ago. A later printing, signed, was listed at $1,800 on May 2023 and raised at $2,000 after McCarthy’s death. Both were offered by Raptis Rare Books. Strong provenances for the signatures were not provided though.
