PAPERBACK EDITION: Picador published a paperback edition in three different formats in July 2006. The true first paperback edition is that in the “trade” format, published on July 1st.

COLLECTING TOPICS: unsigned copies, even in fine condition, are common. However, signed or inscribed copies, especially to known people, are quite rare. I have seen a couple of signed copies but both of them featured disputable signatures. Rare Book Hub lists no copies at auction.
